Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the bespoke learning and development programme, including assisting with the management of a learning portal, engaging with external stakeholders and NHS organisations across the North West.
The post holder will also provide a high quality, comprehensive and effective administrative support service to the team. This will include supporting the delivery of a wide range of programmes.
Main duties of the job
1. Support the planning and delivery of learning and development events and conferences, including, liaising with external stakeholders regarding progress and chasing sponsorship support.
2. Support the management of the learning portal which provides technical training opportunities to our member NHS organisations.
4. Assist in the coordination and monitoring of financial / budgetary details including raising requisitions in accordance with the Trust's Standing Financial Instructions, raising invoices, completion of New Supplier Forms.
5. Co-ordinate and produce event specification sheets and events proformas in preparation for events being advertised on the website.
7. Support the production and update of procedure notes, work plans and performance reports using excel software to the requirements of the team.
8. Provide administrative support for meetings and events.
9. Maintain and update electronic diaries for the team.
14. Assist with the organising of the Network's annual awards.
15. Assist in the production and sending out communications to promote the Network including advertising events.
17. Order stock as required.
18. Regularly create surveys and analyse feedback for a variety of network activities.
19. Deal with queries effectively and efficiently.
