Job summary
We are seeking a Project Support Officer to join our busy ePR Programme Team. The post holder will be required to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support for appropriate Programme and Project meetings
The successful applicant must be able to utilise own skills and initiative in an organised, efficient, and effective manner to maximise the use of own time and that of other members of staff within the Programme team

You will be a team player and able to work with senior managerial and clinical staff, having excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills. This is a challenging but exciting position and support is available for you to succeed.
Main duties of the job
The successful will be responsible for providing a full administrative and secretarial service to support the Lorenzo Programme, maintain and update diaries and arrange appointments and meetings for the ePR team.
To co-ordinate and facilitate Programme/project meetings and workshops by booking appropriate venue ensuring suitable facilities available i.e. hospitality, IT equipment. To manage the production and distribution of invitations, agendas, and relevant papers. To manage the preparation of presentations and reports. To transcribe minutes of meetings.
To undertake administrative tasks allocated by the Programme Manager or IM&T Management to ensure that the documentation associated with new projects and IM&T systems is of sufficient detail and quality to comply with departmental standards.
To support the ePR Project Management team in maintaining comprehensive, up-to-date project plans by completing and updating a database.
To support individual Project Team/Project Board meetings by the assisting the Project Managers in the production of regular project highlight reports.

We ensure maintenance and delivery of a consistent and responsive service to our ePR users over numerous core clinical systems. We work closely with clinicians, senior managers, executive members, external system suppliers and NHS providers including GPs, Community pharmacists and Midwives to align the digital roadmap, projects and service delivery for the organisational vision and mission statements. The current programme sees the ePR and project teams working with trust colleagues to identify benefits with the introduction of new clinical and administrative applications with a view to improved performance. Some of this may be in the form of release management of core systems and the subsequent business continuity and disaster recovery plans
