Main duties of the job
- Supporting the Lead ED pharmacist in delivering pharmaceutical care within the acute and emergency pathways
- Be present and active within the clinical MDTs
- Develop professional skills and expertise in Emergency Medicine
- Undertake duties at specialist level within the clinical, dispensing, medicines information, with a focus on Urgent & Emergency Medicine.
- Provide educational teaching and training to support clinical colleagues to comply with NICE, CQC and medicine optimisation strategies
