Job summary

The role of a Healthcare Assistant within ward A5 Elective , which is an Elective surgical ward, for male and female patients. We are a 16 bedded ward. We have patients requiring surgical care, including colorectal, urology, ENT, breast and Gynae

Main duties of the job

You will be working within a highly skilled nursing team within ward A5 elective. You will be supporting patients pre and post operatively with all aspects of daily living, including personal care, nutrition, toileting and pressure area care. You will be part of the team which enables patients to recover and be discharged appropriately.
