Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic experienced Business Support Administrator working 21 hours per week within the exciting new Integrated Non-Custodial Services (INCS) contract which has been awarded to DPT for the next seven years.
The MHTR service is a fast-paced service that delivers Mental Health Treatment Requirements to individuals who have received a community sentence from the courts which has an MHTR as an element of the order. MHTRs are designed to support individuals with low to medium mental health needs where the court considers that an individuals mental health is linked to their offending.
The team offers hybrid working which is flexible according to business needs and is based in Exeter.
Main duties of the job
Working within the INCS service, the post holder will provide administrative support to the MHTR team which will include but is not limited to data entry, processing referrals, supporting clinicians, minute taking, diary management, procurement, booking assessments, updating client records, managing inboxes. Providing administrative support to the other teams within the service could also be requested from time to time.
