Job summary
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Medical Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will provide administrative support to clinical staff, manage patient records, schedule appointments, and act as a key point of contact for patients and professionals. Main duties of the job
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to clinical teams, including typing letters, reports, and clinical documentation.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with data protection and confidentiality policies.
- Act as a first point of contact for patient and external enquiries, handling telephone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and sensitively.
- Support the coordination of meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and circulating documentation as required.
- Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to facilitate smooth communication and service delivery.
- Support data collection, reporting, and audits to ensure compliance with service standards and targets.
