Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Business Support Administrator within the Exeter, East & Mid Devon Home Treatment Teams at Wonford House, in Exeter. (37.5 hours).

You will be providing administration support to Senior Mental Health Practitioners and Support Workers within the clinical team. The primary role and purpose of HTT is to provide home treatment, avoiding hospital admission where possible and if admission is indicated, working with clients throughout this time and endeavour to facilitate early discharge.

Main duties of the job

This role is interesting and varied;

  • Generating assessment and discharge letters
  • Supporting of MDT meetings and uploading to patient record
  • Supporting team business meetings
  • Ordering supplies
  • Supporting with the administration of team's lease cars
  • Processing monthly petty cash returns
  • Daily review of caseload
  • Booking rooms for patient appointments
