Russell Clinic is looking for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join our vibrant and welcoming team. This is more than just a job its a chance to be a key player in someones journey toward recovery, independence, and reintegration into the community.

As Clinical Team Leader, youll be working at the heart of a multi-disciplinary team, playing a vital role in shaping care plans, delivering high-quality interventions, and supporting the team in achieving outstanding patient outcomes.

Main duties of the job

• To assist the Ward Manager in setting up standards, promoting change and developing nursing practice, supervision and audit.
• To deputise for the manager in his/her absence.
• To ensure the delivery of high standards of nursing care to all service users, in accordance with evidence based professional practice and trust policies.

• A registered mental health nurse, occupational therapist, or social worker
