As Clinical Team Leader, youll be working at the heart of a multi-disciplinary team, playing a vital role in shaping care plans, delivering high-quality interventions, and supporting the team in achieving outstanding patient outcomes.

Main duties of the job
- To assist the Ward Manager in setting up standards, promoting change and developing nursing practice, supervision and audit.
- To deputise for the manager in his/her absence.
- To ensure the delivery of high standards of nursing care to all service users, in accordance with evidence based professional practice and trust policies.

- A registered mental health nurse, occupational therapist, or social worker
- Passionate about person-centred, recovery-focused care
- Confident in leading and motivating teams
- Committed to continuous professional development
