Job summary
An exciting new 22.5 hour per week opportunity has arisen for an experienced business support administrator to work within the OPMH Community Mental Health Team for Teignbridge, Newton Abbot.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with excellent IT, communication, organisational and management skills. We welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner. The post-holders role is to provide high quality administrative support that will enable the provision of the best possible care to service-users. You along with the administrative team will ensure effective, service-user focussed administration systems are in place and support the clinical staff to deliver our service.

Main duties of the job
You will be working as part of an administrative team, duties include: answering the telephone, liasing with services users, their families and other professionals, typing and formatting of assessments and all letters, managing appointments and clinic schedules. Data entry using an electronic patient record (Systmone). Using microsoft packages daily and working from a shared email inbox. Minuting MDT meetings and other professional meetings.
You will have a Business Administrator as your line manager who will support you and the administration team in providing the admin function to the team. The tasks are varied and interesting and there is opportunity to get involved with projects and improvements.
