We are looking for 2 Assistant Psychologists (30 hours per week) to join the Devon Adult Autism and ADHD (DAANA) service, to work in the ASC pathway. We are a friendly team, passionate about providing high quality services for those with Autism/ADHD. We provide initial diagnosis and assessment for adults in Devon. There are clinical psychologists, senior mental health practitioners and a senior occupational therapist in the team. We are currently using a hybrid of home and office working.

Your role will have a variety of elements that assist with the assessment and support of autistic people and will include working with family and friends. We run brief workshops for autistic people to support them following a diagnosis and to help friends and family. We have developed psychoeducational material and are committed to developing new and innovative ways of engaging and helping autistic people. Our guiding principle is to improve the lives of autistic people so we often get involved in innovative ideas to support this client group.

We expect a high volume of applications for this vacancy so this vacancy may close early
