Job summary
We are looking for an experienced Admin Team Leader to join the DAANA admin team (Devon Adult Autism and ADHD Service). The multi disciplinary team will work with individuals across the county, and our health & social care colleagues across Devon, Providing person centred assessments and diagnosis for both autism and ADHD.

The location
Your base will be Forde House, Harrier Way, Exeter, however you will also be subject to hybrid working as required.
About us
Our service provides initial diagnosis and assessment for adults in Devon who have not previously been diagnosed and whose symptoms are consistent with an Autism Spectrum Condition or Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Our service provides training and support to Devon Partnership Trust staff to manage people with Autism/ADHD, to enable them to have sufficient skills and knowledge for this client group.

Main duties of the job
The role is dynamic and challenging, you will be working with clinical and operational leads to develop and shape the administration provision for the service, under the leadership of the admin team manager.
About you
The role will include the organisation and supporting of the administration team on a day to day basis. You will have experience of working in a team, providing administrative support in an office environment. The role involves communication, so we expect that you have excellent verbal and written skills. These will be tested as you will maintain electronic filing systems and records and take accurate meeting minutes. We expect you to have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, with level one standard in Word and Excel.
You will be a clear and effective communicator, able to work collaboratively with a range of people including those who use the service. You will be passionate about making a difference in peoples lives, and the crucial role that administrative services play within this.
