We are looking for Business Support Administrator to join the First Response team based at Wonford House in Exeter.
Devon Partnership NHS Trust First Response Service will provide the following services:
Access to 24/7 face-to-face community mental health assessments and short-term clinical interventions for people aged 18 years and over presenting with mental health crisis in Devon.

The post holder will be part of the Administration team within First Response and will help contribute towards the smooth running of the service.
This post is Monday to Friday 9-5.
Main duties of the job
The First Response Business Support Administrator will provide administration support to the First Response Service. There will be an expectation for the post holder to be highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled with excellent organisational skills.
The post holder will have high standard word processing skills and computer literacy. They will be required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Information Technology.
The post holder will need to meet deadlines, collate data, and maintain standards relating to administrative processes. They will need to be able to work within a team effectively; share work streams where appropriate; and support the processes and systems for this service.
The Business Support Administrator roles are -
- Order stationary and ensure the rooms in First Response are stocked
- Help to complete capture sheets to keep healthroster as up to date as possible
- Maintain different work on spreadsheets
- Minute meetings such as Team Meeting, Frequent callers and other adhoc meetings
- Work closely with the Business Administrator and Business Manager daily
- Assist clinicians on a daily basis

- RSA 3 Word Processing or equivalent level of experience in practice.
- ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence).
- Shorthand or Speedwriting
- NVQ3 in administration or equivalent level administrative knowledge and experience GCSE English or equivalent
