Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the busy administrative team that supports the Exeter, East and Mid Devon Home Treatment Teams.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced administrator with excellent IT, communication, organisational and management skills. The post-holders role will be to work in partnership with the Home Treatment Team Managers, as the senior administrator in the team ensuring high quality administrative support that will enable the provision of the best possible care to service-users. The Business Administrator will lead the administrative team to ensure effective, service-user focussed, administration systems are in place and support the clinical manager with administrative and reporting tasks enabling the manager to focus on clinical work and team leadership.
Main duties of the job

The Business Administrator role is dynamic, challenging and highly rewarding. You will therefore be highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled with experience of working in a team providing administrative support in an office environment. The role involves communication, so we expect that you have excellent verbal and written skills.
This role requires a high standard of skills using Microsoft Office packages and experience of using bespoke IT systems along with excellent organisational skills, the ability to work independently and attention to detail.
Interacting with patients and the public you will be confident in giving non-clinical information and advice that improves their experience. Dealing with sensitive information daily, you will understand the importance of data security.
You will often work under pressure and without direct supervision, so we are looking for someone confident and capable.
