Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Expert by Experience Administrator in Devon Partnership Trust (DPT), the lead provider in the Devon Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity (MHLDN) Provider Collaborative.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the Collaborative leadership team. You will be supporting the Co-production Steering Group which consists of external Experts by Experience as well as colleagues in DPT, Livewell South West and Devon Mental Health Alliance. You will also be supporting the various groups and meetings which people with lived experience contribute to. These include the Expert Senate and Expert Reference Groups.
The Collaborative is committed to listening to and working with people with lived experience in order to improve services for the people of Devon.
The successful candidate will have experience of prioritising a varied and busy workload, both your own, and that of the team you will support.
You will also have experience of working under pressure with the ability to work to and achieve deadlines.
Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive administration support to the Expert by Experience Lead (EbE Lead) and colleagues in the Devon Provider Collaborative leadership team. There will be an expectation for the post holder to be highly motivated, flexible and enthusiastic with excellent organisational skills. The post holder will provide high quality administration support and advice to EbE Lead and colleagues.
To support the EbE Lead and the external Experts by Experience (EbEs) by tracking and processing Expert by Experience (EbE) payment claim forms.
To provide support to the EbE Lead and finance colleagues by tracking spend on EbE activities against the allocated budget.
To provide administration support to the Expert Senate and Expert Reference Groups
The post holder will have word processing skills and computer literacy and will be required to maintain accurate data files and maintain up to date knowledge of information technology. You will be expected to work without direct supervision and manage your own workload.
