We support substance misuse, homelessness, social issues, Learning disability and Mental Health. The aim of the service is to improve health and wellbeing and the risk of re-offending

“Liaison and Diversion services aim to provide early intervention for vulnerable people as they come to the attention of the CJ system. L&D services provide a prompt response to concerns raised by police, probation service, youth offending teams or court staff, and provide critical information to decision-makers in the justice system. When it comes to charging and sentencing these vulnerable people. L&D also act as a point of referral and assertive follow up for these services users.”
