Job summary
An opportunity has arisen as a part time ward clerk , for a well organised and enthusiastic individual to join a diverse Multi-Disciplinary Team on Robin ward - 22.5 hours per week (Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays)
The post holder will work closely with the nursing team, provide an effective administration support to the unit, whilst demonstrating the Trust's behavior's and values. The role is busy and varied and the duties will include general administrative tasks, management of care records systems and supporting the day to day running of the unit. Excellent level of competency in using Microsoft Office is required along with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines whilst keeping a calm and professional approach. To be successful you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a larger team.
Robin Ward is an acute adult mental health ward- female only. Our team includes psychologists, occupational therapy, recreational workers as well as the nursing and medical team.
