Job summary
We are looking for a part time maternity cover (fixed term until March 2026) administrative officer to join our Mental Health Support Team (MHST) in St Albans to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Teams for 22.5 hours per week.

The post-holder will be based in Marlborough School in St Albans.
Main duties of the job
You will co-ordinate information and provide administration and clerical support in order to facilitate the effective running of the service. This will include diary management, comprehensive management of data such as annual leave, sickness and attendance reports on behalf of the Team, filing, and ensuring maximum efficiency of processes. It is essential that you have GCSE in English Language and Mathematics Grade C or above or equivalent.
