Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Programme Manager to work on high profile and complex programmes which aim to improve outcomes for people with mental ill health, physical ill health and learning disabilities.
Main duties of the job
You will lead complex programmes to transform current service provision, implement new service models and support effective governance arrangements.
Your main focus will be on leading the Mental Health, Learning Disabilities and Autism Inpatient Quality Transformation programme, which has an ambitious plan to transform the quality of our inpatient services over the next two years.
You will have experience of leading and delivering complex programmes of change within the public sector, preferably within a multi-disciplinary environment and will have a proven track record of working with stakeholders and using data to track and achieve impact.
