Job summary

The Learning Disability and Forensic Service Division is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Project Manager to welcome into our Project team in Radlett.
The team works across a broad programme of operational and service development projects that aim to to improve service user and carer outcomes and experience, support our workforce to have the skills, training, and tools to perform their roles efficiently and effectively and deliver projects which bring efficiencies, savings, and consistent processes across the division and wider Trust.

Main duties of the job
You would join a team of Project and Programme Managers and be responsible for driving forward key projects and priorities within the division and wider trust. The team are primarily based in Radlett, Hertfordshire, working Monday-Friday with options of hybrid working also available. Our services span Hertfordshire, Essex, Norfolk and Buckinghamshire and due to the nature of this role, the post holder will be required to travel across sites. The postholder must hold a full valid driving licence and access to a car to use regularly for business purposes (unless they have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
