Main duties of the job

Providing services to people with Severe Mental Illness. Holly Lodge adult community mental health service are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, passionate, motivated and one who is willing to make a difference to their community, supporting patients with mental health difficulties. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary Team, working in partnership with a range of stakeholders inside and outside of the Trust under the clinical supervision and oversight of the Clinical Nurse Specialist. The post holder will be undertaking physical health checks, and well-being assessments, within the larger context of the new transformation of mental health support in East Hertfordshire.

The post holder with partake in the Clozapine clinic taking weekly bloods and monitor levels.

The post holders will assist in enabling patients to access the support they need to recover from their mental health and physical health problems, promoting and maintaining recovery. They will also support the locality in ensuring the Severe Mental Illness (SMI) registers are updated.
