Project Manager, Band 7, 6 months Fixed-term / secondment, 22.5 hours per week, commencing on or after 1/4/24

Days and hours are flexible but must cover at least 3 days per week.

This roles offer a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to support the development of a new Enhanced Mental Health Service for adult survivors of sexual assault. The post holder will work closely with the Clinical Lead for the service, other senior colleagues and those with lived experience, supporting the development of a local enhanced psychological service to meet the needs of adult survivors of sexual assault.

We are part of a series of national sites developing these services with the aim of delivering a high quality local service but also to support formulating a model of best practice nationally. This offers an exciting opportunity to support the development of a service that will make a real difference within communities nationally as well as within the footprint of the service in Hertfordshire and West Essex.

The post would suit someone with project management experience of co-producing and setting up a new service. We aim to work with partner agencies (voluntary, community, social enterprise & faith (VCSFE organisations) to deliver the service, including working with experts by experience, therefore experience of working with a range of stakeholders would be beneficial.
