Driven by this goal and in line with NHS long term plan, we have exciting new opportunities for Administrative officers to provide administrative support to the MHST teams at the forefront of innovation in Children's and Young Peoples Mental Health and to play an instrumental role in a forward-thinking service delivering interventions into schools to support with health wellbeing.
Main duties of the job
As an Administrative Officer you will be expected to co-ordinate information and provide administration and clerical support in order to facilitate the effective running of the service. This will include but not limited to
- Diary management including comprehensive management of data such as annual leave, sickness and attendance reports on behalf of the Team,
- Filing and ensuring maximum efficiency of processes
- Support Team Leaders and Supervisors in ad hoc duties required in their contribution to support the successful operation of the team.

- The post holder will work as part of a multidisciplinary team and must display a considerable degree of initiative, possess mature judgement and maintain a calm, friendly and efficient manner when dealing with staff, service users, colleagues and visitors.
- The post holder will be highly proficient in using information and communication systems and technology, with a willingness and aptitude to develop their expertise.

- Educated to Secondary Level with GCSE maths and English level 2 or above
- Extensive experience of working in an office environment
- NVQ3/RSA3 or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and The Data Protection Act 2018.
Desirable
- Experience in healthcare/education setting
- Knowledge of healthcare terms used in their day to day working
- ECDL qualification
