We are looking for 2 Registered nurses to join our team
Victoria Court is a 27 bed unit, we are dedicated at providing care and treatment for older people with dementia and mental health needs. This is an opportunity for you to join a team that is providing high standard person-centered care. Effective time management and integrated working skills are essential, as are excellent communication skills and a commitment to the principles of effective team working.
We will support you in developing your clinical skills. We are committed to developing staff through regular supervision, appraisals, support in CPD and opportunities for career progression.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will work in close collaboration with other professionals inassessing service user's needs, devising care plans and evaluating outcomesthat promote service user empowerment through the process.
The post holder, with the wider Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) will participate in the assessment and treatment to provide high quality, individualised care, which addresses the needs of the service users.
The post holder will support the Charge Nurse and the Team Leader toensure that the service is managed effectively and efficiently in all aspects.
