Job summary
We are seeking an expert HR professional to join our outstanding People and Organisational Development Team.
As an HR Business Partner you will be working as an integral part of the senior management team within the East and North Strategic Business Unit.
In addition to the Business Partner aspect of the role, you will also lead on interesting and varied HR project streams to improve staff experience and ultimately service user care.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources Business Partnering you will need to be a strategic thinker and be able to deliver against exciting and ambitious business and workforce plans. You will have excellent technical HR knowledge and have experience of working in a large, complex, unionised organisation applying a HR business partner approach.
NHS experience is desirable, but more importantly you will be able to demonstrate how you build effective relationships to deliver successful outcomes. You will have a proven record of consistently delivering strong, positive performance against objectives that provide value added outputs, while also demonstrating positive behaviours consistent with the values of the organisation.
