Driven by this goal and in line with NHS long term plan, we have exciting new opportunities for Administrative officers to provide administrative support to the MHST teams at the forefront of innovation in Children's and Young Peoples Mental Health and to play an instrumental role in a forward-thinking service delivering interventions into schools and other settings in the East Herts area.
Main duties of the job
As an Administrative Officer you will be expected to co-ordinate information and provide administration and clerical support in order to facilitate the effective running of the service. This will include but not limited to
- Diary management including comprehensive management of data such as annual leave, sickness and attendance reports on behalf of the Team,
- Filing and ensuring maximum efficiency of processes
- Support Team Leaders and Supervisors in ad hoc duties required in their contribution to the creation and successful running of new team.

- Have GCSE in English Language and Mathematics Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Will be proficient in the use of a wide range of IT packages
- Have experience of organising and prioritising diaries and schedules
- Have experience of organising and taking minutes in meetings. You
- Will have good communication and organisational skills
- Will have the ability to work with minimal supervision and on own initiative to achieve deadlines.
