Job summary
We have a fantastic opportunity for a part time experienced carer support worker to join our community mental health service in Cheshunt. Hours can be flexible around your needs. Our teams can offer you opportunities to work in supportive multi disciplinary settings to develop your career.

Main duties of the job
As a Carer Support and Wellbeing Worker you will focus exclusively on the needs of carers requiring support (including assessment of their needs) andsupportother team members in understanding best practice approaches to assessing the needs of and supporting carers.
You will already have experience of working with carers, and understand the issues and concerns of carers of people with mental health needs. You will be able to form positive relationships with carers to contribute to improving the wellbeing of the carers of our service users.
