Main duties of the job

With this in mind we are looking for a candidate who is not only aware of these areas but is passionate and enthusiastic to continue this positive work that is currently happening here.

We believe that the wider workforce, inclusive of leadership positions, should reflect the wonderful diversity of our clients, and to support them it is important to continue developing strategies that acknowledge the full range of challenges faced across the whole diverse population we serve and work with as colleagues.

We would need our successful appointee to be able to help identify and engage with pertinent issues, and to continue to encourage other staff members to be part of some challenging but enlightening conversations and to continue our learning, and to ensure continual positive change.
