Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 7, part time with 22,5 hours per week Lead CNS for Stroke to join the service here at Worcester Royal Hospital. We are looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated leader to join our stroke team to support the provision of specialist treatment and care for patients immediately following a stroke.
Please note this post requires 7 day working including occasional night working.
This post will have responsibilities for managing the team of 8 Stroke CNS's.

Maintain a workable 24/7 roster.
Manage any performance or sickness in line with trust policy.
Provide leadership and direction to the CNS team.

staff working within stroke medicine.
Drive improvements in SSNAP audit
Undertakes roles formally/normally undertaken by medical staff

Works in support/alongside
