The Division of Urgent Care are currently recruiting an ANP post to support an Integrated Single Point of Access (SPoA) and rotation predominately through Medical Same Day Emergency Care (MSDEC) and alternative routing services in Worcestershire.

Main duties of the job
This role offers an innovative opportunity for a suitably trained and experienced ACP to work in a dynamic and evolving new model of care across an Integrated Single Point of Access (SPoA) and rotation predominately through Medical Same Day Emergency Care (MSDEC) and alternative routing services in Worcestershire.
Successful applicants will provide senior clinical support within a multidisciplinary team consisting of practitioners from Acute and Community service providers to help manage local urgent care demands via a variety of referral routes across primary, community, and other care provider routes.
Working alongside an Interface Consultant, this role provides the opportunity to develop skills in urgent care management and delivery of alternative routing for patients with urgent care needs within the new models of working approach.
