Job summary

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and accountable to the Chief Digital Information Officer, the Digital Operations Manager, will be responsible for leading the operational management of the ICT Services. The post holder will be expected to meet or exceed expectations and align with the Trusts organisational goals. The post holder will be expected to work closely with key stakeholders and play an influential role.

Main duties of the job

Management of Outsourced IT and 3rd Party Suppliers

Primary Engagement Point for ICT Services

Major Incident Management

Cyber Security Owner

Project Support and Transition into Service Operations

Oversight of Infrastructure Projects

Strategic Alignment

Accountable for all large infrastructure projects

Maintenance of ICT roadmaps

Managing third party software vendors

To keep abreast of advances in digital technology
