Job summary
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Estates team at Worcestershire Acute NHS Trust. The main objective of the role is to proactively work and provide assurance that our premises and Estate are in the best possible condition and compliant with the relevent Building Regulations, relevant NHS Estates guidance and statutory regulations.
The role of Water Hygeine Operative is to ensure that aspects of Water Hygeine and maintenance within the Estate at WAHT are compliant with relevant NHS Estates guidance, and Statutory regulations.
Main duties of the job
To participate in the provision of an Estates service primarily undertaking day-to-day inspections, repairs, planned maintenance, installation and minor improvements to the hot and cold water systems.
The post is county wide and candidates will work at all Trust sites.
Some out of hours work is anticipated to gain access to problematic areas.
