Job summary

We are delighted to offer this opportunity for a Data Information Assistant (Band 3) for 12 hours working with the Data Team in the Adult Learning Disability Team.

At present there is no opportunity to offer full time hours. However the days of working the 12 hours can be discussed during the interview, however there will be an expectation that the post holder will be flexible in the hours they work.

The post holder will be based at Heath Close in Billericay and will be required to be office based for the 12 hours of work in order to complete tasks as well as receive visitors, patients and contractors to the service.

This is a varied role- working with clinical sensitive data. Working with the clinical team to interpret data, such as, risk assessment and care plan compliance, rostering, using ordering systems as well as supporting the delivery of health and safety for the team.

The post holder will be supporting the Data and information officer to coordinate monthly clinical data to support quality and safety meetings and sub contract meetings.

Main duties of the job

To work flexibly to provide support to the Data and Information Analyst, Lead Nurse and Head AHP within the community learning disability service as well as working with the Specialist Reporting Team to collate data and information for the Learning Disability Service.
