EPUT is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist to join and lead on the Kelvedon ward which is a 16 beds on an acute psychiatric admission ward for male patients based at the Basildon Mental Health Unit.
The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership for the assessment and management of adult inpatients admitted to the ward.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have responsibility for the clinical leadership and care of those patients admitted to the in-patient unit on the ward. The post holder will also be expected to work closely with the team and the ward manager to ensure the provision of an effective service.

You must have full GMC registration and be on the Specialist Register, with an appropriate CCT or equivalent or be within six months of obtaining your CCT on the date of the AAC.
