What You'll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Provide leadership and support to a talented team of practitioners, ensuring high standards of care, professional development, and ongoing engagement within the team.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement service improvement plans, adapting swiftly to meet emerging needs and challenges within the community.

Main duties of the job

  • Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, including caseload management, resource allocation, and service delivery to ensure our clients receive timely, effective, and compassionate care.
  • Multifaceted Approach: Take on diverse responsibilities, including safeguarding, risk management, and complex case reviews, all while balancing clinical and operational demands.
  • Service Development: Play a key role in identifying areas for growth and improvement, fostering a culture of innovation to enhance patient outcomes and team effectiveness.
