Job summary
The post-holder will frequently represent the Business Analysis and Reporting directorate as a "first point of contact", for performance and business reporting requirements. Working directly with the operational directorates, and also corporate directorates, the post-holder will design, develop and provide highly-complex, specialist analysis reports, on both a regular and ad-hoc basis. This work will be aimed at supporting operational performance, resource management, business planning and the corporate requirements of the Trust.
The post-holder is responsible for coordinating and developing performance improvement through data quality initiatives, advising and supporting services on the actions required to improve their adherence to national and contractual standards.
The post-holders will play a critical role in the future development of the Trusts performance and business reporting procedures and systems.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be required to attend regular meetings to present highly-complex, specialist analysis to a variety of audiences including senior managers and above. The post-holder will be required to explain all report findings and resolve any data issues.
As Senior Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a small team of Performance specialists to deliver performance management services Trustwide, ensuring that managers and clinicians have the information that they require to deliver the highest quality and most appropriate services to our patients.
