Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the position of a full time Activity Co-ordinator at Rawreth Court NHS Care Home in Rayleigh, Essex. A unique career opportunity to become a key member of the nursing team, you must be enthusiastic, motivated with good communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure. Main duties of the job

The post holder carries responsibility for planning and delivery for a range of therapeutic activities for older people with Dementia. The successful candidate will work within the Care Home, objectively meeting the needs identified in the residents Care Plan. The post holder will work under the supervision of qualified nurses and occupational therapist, whilst able to work on a regular basis without direct supervision, and maintaining excellent working relationships with the multi-disciplinary team
