The Trust is now looking to recruit a Brand Executive, to join theMarketing and Brand Team for 12 months and continue to contribute to developing dynamic and creative strategies in order to help the trust become best in class within marketing across the entire health and care landscape.

Main duties of the job

Brand Management

Lead brand identity across material execution

Own and deliver marketing and brand initiatives from idea to creative concept

Develop annual brand plan with Director of Marketing & Brand and Website and Content Manager, focussed across all key channels

Communications and Marketing Materials

Develop campaigns to deliver against agreed marketing and brand strategy across multi-channel communication platforms

Work closely with communications team to create integrated plans, providing key insights to drive growth and unlock new ideas

Develop core materials including promotional materials and presentation decks

Ensure all materials are aligned to the brand guidelines across all touchpoints, optimising message communication as required

Digital Marketing

Create social media and website content and executive paid social media campaigns

Market Research and Monitoring

Keep up to date on environment and market understanding, leveraging new insights to adapt brand and campaign strategies

Agency Management

Support the Director of Marketing & Brand with the day-to-day running of agencies, through clearly defined plans, budgets and timeframe.

Work closely with our media agency to maximise campaign impact and measure ROI.

Our EPUT NHS staff bank is an entity managed by the trust that hires clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals to take on shifts at our trust hospitals and community settings. Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.

All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank however this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.
