You will be working as part of the Facilities Team and are expected to have a flexible approach to your duties.
You will be working as a valued member of the Facilities Management Team.
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills as well as having a flexible attitude, please also see job description for competencies.
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join an existing Facilities team to deliver Soft FM disciplines (Cleaning).
The vacancy is located in one of our Bishop Stortford Centres.
Main duties of the job
We provide integrated care including mental health, learning disability, and social care and community services to culturally and economically diverse communities across Bedfordshire, Essex and Suffolk. We employ approximately 7,000 people and work with a wide range of partners 'Working to Improve Lives'. We are a responsive, innovative and dynamic Foundation Trust delivering leading edge health services in a constantly changing environment.
We work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver care and support to people in their own homes and from a number of hospital and community based premises. We have many modern community based resource centres and community facilities to provide local services to local people where possible.
Unlike acute hospital services, Community Health Services, mental health and learning disability services are mainly provided in community settings with defined geographical localities. As a result we operate from various locations across Bedfordshire, Essex and Suffolk. The Estates & Facilities Department is responsible for delivering high quality and cost effective Estates and Facilities management services across Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will support the management of The Trust in West Essex.
