An *EXCITING* opportunity has arisen for an experienced clinician, we are looking for qualified mental health nurses / CPN, for older adult services, the post will cover Mid Essex, which includes Chelmsford, Braintree and Maldon.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for:
- An experienced registered mental health nurse
- A competent, confident and proficient practitioner
- Who is organised and able to work creatively and effectively in a busy and demanding role
- Have the ability to travel across the locality for service delivery
You will be expected to work collaboratively with key partner organisations, service users, carers, clinicians and other practitioners within the multi-disciplinary team in delivering services; providing a 7-day a week, 24-hours a day service for 365 days a year, working shifts where appropriate and operationally required.

To be able to carry out appropriate assessments for the designated caseload addressing for clients with multiple and complex needs using advanced clinical reasoning skills and knowledge of evidence based practice
To work with clients to identify and agree treatment goals based on assessment outcomes, which balance the complex interaction of risk, safety, client choice, independence, areas of conflict and eligibility of services.
EPUT offer a fantastic relocation package of up to £8,000. Covering a number of expenditures for new recruits relocating from 30 miles or more from their new work base at EPUT.
