Main duties of the job
EPUT is looking to appoint ePMA Medical fellow doctor who will provide professional support for the development of the clinical aspects of ePMA, ensuring that the clinical configuration meets user, commissioner and statutory requirement to delivery maximum benefit to the Trust. The post holder will work collaboratively, as part of the Trust's ePMA project team, and with clinical and operational leaders outside the department in the implementation of ePMA.
The post-holder will also support the ePMA project team in the delivery of the vision and priorities for ePMA and will provide expert advice about electronic prescribing and medicines administration to members of the medical, nursing, and pharmacy teams, directorate, Trust and wider health economy. As a member of this team the post holder will be expected to provide clinical services to patients within services during ePMA implementation to provide additional cover during the transformation.
In addition, you will be required to attend 2 clinics per week working in outpatient teams at Taylor Centre, Southend-on-sea.
You must hold full GMC registration.
