Job summary
This is an opportunity for you to further develop your clinical skills working as a Senior Occupational Therapist within the locality based Mental Health team (Mid-Essex Chelmsford). You will undertake both case management and the delivery of specific Occupational Therapy interventions as required by and determined by the service users needs.
Main duties of the job
You will be working as part of the multi-disciplinary team. You will be assessing service users referred to the service, frequently acting as the first point of contact, and make decisions on the level of treatment intervention required. You will undertake care planning with the service user, communicating agreed plans with the wider MDT and partnership organisations. You will have responsibility for managing a complex caseload. You will have involvement with therapeutic delivery to service users.

The Trust offers relocation packages to support moving into the area (subject to conditions).
