Would you like an opportunity to join our Admin Team to be part of our exciting and innovative Child & Adolescent Mental Health (CAMH) service within Bedford?
We are looking for a receptionist/administrative assistant to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the CAMHS service within Bedford on a part time basis.
Main duties of the job
Based within a busy environment, the post holder will have responsibility for providing a confidential, professional, and responsive administrative service. This will mainly include all reception duties, such as greeting visitors, answering the phone and email communications
The post holder will need to be professional, well-organised, team orientated and highly motivated to join our multi-disciplinary team.
Applicants should have a sound working knowledge of the Microsoft office suite.
