Job summary
The post-holder will play a significant role driving service developments to modernise and improve the services' communication strategy, and social media and online presence, with the support of the central ELFT Communication and Engagement Team.
The innovative and confident post-holder will also have a management role themselves, managing the band 4 administrator in the team, ensuring administrative processes across the school teams are robust and efficient. Support to develop within this management role will be available through continual professional development opportunities in the service.
An enthusiastic and innovative team player, responsible for managing the administration for City & Hackney's School Mental Health Teams; WAMHS and MHST. This Senior Administrator/Communications Officer role supports the co-ordination and integration of these services. It ensures the effective implementation of the operation and delivery of WAMHS and MHST, working across these teams and reporting to the MHST Clinical Team Lead and WAMHS Clinical Team Lead.The post holder will be expected to engage professionally at all levels, to uphold the highest professional standards and play their part in ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with agreed methodologies.
