Job summary
x2 full time post, 37.5 hours per week on a 7 day rota basis.
The post holder is responsible for ensuring an efficient and effective administrative / secretarial provision for the EPCT, and for supporting service delivery in partnership with other relevant Directorate and Trust services.
The post holder will work in a central administrative function to support clinical teams within the EPCT.They will participate on a rota to support the business requirements during the operational periods of the EPCT seven days a week.
Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive administrative service for all aspects of service delivery.To support the Clinical team in the in the smooth and efficient running of the day to day service.To respond to problem situations relating to technical, staffing, patient and carer issues and resolve these where they fall within the scope of the role and escalate to senior staff as appropriate.To lead on the maintenance of stock levels of materials and equipment and ensure these are maintained to the required levels.To participate on a rota, ensuring there is adequate administrative staff cover at all times, to support effective and responsive patient care.To be responsible for recording and inputting clinical data onto reporting systems and templates.Provide minute / note taking, ensuring that actions and agendas are circulated to attendees in a timely manner. Ensure that both clinical and non clinical staff have the resources required to carry out their roles, such as parking permits, digital equipment and clinical equipment. Support with arrangement of new starter inductions .Monitor and respond to Subject Access Requests within the required time frames. Work collaboratively with senior staff to support with conducting audits and patient feedback surveys.
