Job summary
This job will be based in the community seeing adults with acquired communication and swallowing difficulties in their own homes, care homes and nursing homes and out patient clinics.

Main duties of the job

- domiciliary visits across north, mid and south Bedfordshire to patients in their own homes and nursing and care homes.
- out patient clinics.
- participate in the videofluoroscopy clinic based at Bedford Hospital alongside senior clinicians. Training will be provided if required.
- training sessions on communication and dysphagia to other professionals .
- attend MDTs
