Band 4 - Assistant Practitioner Nursing

Would you be interested in a career within the NHS as a Nursing Associate? We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, motivated, compassionate and enthusiastic Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to join our Community Nursing team in Bedfordshire. This substantive post is for the Mid Beds Community Nursing Team.

This highly respected team delivers responsive high quality care to patients in their own homes.

We are passionate about patient centered care and support our team to lead and deliver excellent and compassionate care.

Main duties of the job

You will need to be a motivated and enthusiastic person, who has excellent communication, IT literate and problem solving skills, alongside a passion for patient centered care. You will work corporately within our Primary Care Team and will be supporting the Community Nurses and the wider MDT, to provide high quality care to housebound residents who live with a wide range of complex health conditions.

Experience in the field of adult community services is desirable but a willingness to learn and contribute is more important.
