Are you looking to join and lead a dynamic and hardworking team of procurement professionals through an exciting period during the Commercial Development Directorates growth and consolidation? This is a great opportunity to lead the team in evolving its approach to procurement.
We are looking for a candidate (MCIPS-qualified) that has experience in leading teams and large-scale tender projects to come in and provide development and guidance to the team, as well as deputise for the Associate Director on senior and strategic procurement matters.
Main duties of the job
The ideal candidate will be both proficient in understanding and advising procurement legislation and updates, as well as confident in engaging with all levels of stakeholders across the Trust and local system.

- oRelevant first degree or equivalent relevant vocational qualification or training
- oQualified Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (MCIPS) or equivalent demonstrable procurement experience
- oEvidence of Continuous Professional Development (CPD); post education learning, or postgraduate equivalent accreditation

- oIn-depth professional knowledge gained through master's level qualification or equivalent, plus substantial degree of additional training and experience
