Our Trust, East London NHS Foundation Trust; provides mental health, learning disability, primary care and community health services for East London boroughs Newham, Tower Hamlets and City & Hackney.

We have vacancies on both our adult inpatient wards and CAMHS inpatient wards (The Coborn Centre) for Staff Nurses (Band 5).

Main duties of the job

- Lead in the planning, implementation and evaluation of group and individualised nursing care using where possible, evidence-based practice.

- Work closely and collaboratively with patients, families/carers and the multi-disciplinary team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.

- Take and record patient observations as required.

- Assist with patients' personal care.

- To promptly report all observed change in service user conditions, accidents, incidents and other important information and take action as directed
