Band 4 TEAM ADMINISTRATOR

An opportunity has arisen to recruit an experienced Band 4 Team Administrator to support the admin provision to the Bedford CMHT Decar Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual with maximum 3 yrs who can demonstrate a 'can do' attitude, with a passion to be working within the Adult Mental Health setting and who can provide a second to none service across the team.
The post holder will report to the Operation Manager and work closely with them and the community Business Support Lead.
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and hardworking individual to ensure the smooth delivery of our service. This is a very busy department with many elements and is ideally suited to a responsive and resilient team player who seek continuous improvement in the service. You will have proven experience working as an administrator in an NHS setting or equivalent , excellent communication skills, excellent time management, strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.

Main duties of the job
Main responsibilities include: processing of referrals and adhering to local and trust procedures, whilst maintaining data quality at all times; to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the team, including processing all correspondence and documentation and scanning into electronic case notes; to maintain the patient record system RiO and ensure information relating to service users is accessible to relevant staff, ensuring confidentiality at all times; to book interpreters and rooms for client appointments and monitor confirmation of bookings and action as appropriate; to minute take clinical meetings; and to undertake general office duties.
