Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced RMN's to join our in-patient management team. You will work alongside the wards clinical team to provide robust and consistent clinical and managerial leadership and day-to-day operational management of the ward. You will need to have a proven track record of being a leader and manager at Band 6/7.
We are looking for an individual who will support the ongoing development of the service. You will have knowledge and interest in quality improvement and governance, demonstrating an innovative and dynamic approach to ensuring the delivery of high-quality, holistic, patient care in a challenging and fast paced environment. You will also have excellent communication and organisational skills.
You will ensure the provision of an enhanced experience of clinical care to our service users and at the same time promoting the safety of service users and staff in what can be a clinically challenging environment.You will be expected to work alongside the Matron and the rest of the multi-disciplinary team to participate in service improvements and evaluation. Main duties of the job
To co-ordinate and provide care and treatment to an identified group of patients without direct supervision. In addition, supporting junior staff in delivery of care provision.To manage and organise work as required.Take responsibility for the development and delivery of evidence based practice for service users with complex needs, ensuring that it supports and reflects service user individual needs, Trust objectives and professional guidance.Promotes evidence based practice and embeds QI.Postholder will be responsible for high quality care provision with highly complex service users and groups.
